  • The spring and fall are the busiest times for our business. The earlier the better is always recommended to start the home staging process. The ideal time frame to book our services would be 2 to 4 weeks prior to listing, which allows you time to follow up on recommendations in our consultation report.

  • The property should be “stage ready” upon our arrival. Stage ready includes completion of task list, cleaning, and removal of all unnecessary items prior to the agreed upon staging date. We require that the property be accessible upon our arrival (key, door codes). During winter months, pleasure ensure the walkways are cleared of snow and ice for our safety.

  • For an occupied staging, we will return after you have completed the recommendations and the home is stage ready. Installation includes delivery of inventory, furniture placement, as well as destaging and inventory pickup. We provide a custom selection of furnishings, art and accessories from our Inventory. To secure a staging date, we require a 50% deposit.

For a vacant staging, we require a home consultation to assess your requirements. We can then prepare a proposal and develop a design plan for you. Selection of furniture and accessories is based on the style of the home. Installation includes delivery of inventory, furniture placement, as well as destaging and inventory pickup. To secure a staging date, we require a 50% deposit.
